To provide affordable housing for single mothers, widows, and women that have been left behind.

On a Smaller Scale

On a smaller scale, we are interested in purchasing affordable homes for single women to rent or own. Our Milwaukee and Waukesha vision includes (through the purchasing of foreclosed or abandoned property) the ability to create jobs, provide housing, and build a sense of community.

Employment will be offered to disadvantaged skilled workers to rehab the home to proper code and safety standards. The houses will be given to single, working mothers, widows or women that have been left behind.

On a Larger Scale

Our large vision is to have a private subdivision with lots of green space. This space will allow for peace, safety and tranquility for the single parents and children.

It will also promote community and interaction with other women through the use of common areas for play and socializing.

The professional layout will allow each home wide, open viewing areas to observe children at play in the common area. Every home will be able to view the playing area at all times. Walking trails, common picnic areas with barbecue space, play equipment and butterfly gardens are just some of the provisions to encourage community and tranquility.

There will be a childcare center, on the property, to allow working mothers a safe place for their children while at work. This childcare center will also provide some of the mothers’ employment. This center may be open to the public.

Nearby, a wellness center will be available for spiritual, emotional and physical wellness. The center will provide counseling, a work-out area, parenting skills classes, and spiritual instruction.

Medical Crisis Pregnancy Clinic

In the future, we would like to include the creation of medical crisis pregnancy clinics.
